This is Rakushun from the novel/anime The Twelve Kingdoms and GOD do I love this character! Also besides my assignments for Mossflower I havent drawn much fanart lately...or color. I miss color. The odd thing, He looks more like a chinchilla, then he does as a rat. Unless there is a rat species with a fuzzed tail? o.O
They got the show pretty good. The mocking cell bird tho on the reply voice acting was abit echoy. Tho it got abit confusing after they finally got her as the queen, cause it bounced back and forth from different stories of different characters.
